- **Business Systems Specialist** to join their dynamic and agile team.

- **skilled Business System Analyst with project management experience** looking to grow and act as a Project Manager to partner with the VGA sales and aftersales teams to develop and implement solutions for efficient processes across all brands, at both wholesale and retail levels.**Key responsibilities include**:

- Act as Business Solutions Specialist for TSP (Trucks Sales Process) providing support, analysis and continuous improvement recommendations
- Develop system business cases and change requests for the Australian/New Zealand market
- Undertake training needs analysis, design and deliver training to stakeholders across the sales and aftersales network
- Organise the roll out and follow up of new systems/projects or system releases to VGA markets
- Work closely with system teams across Sweden and APAC regions
- Provide reports and figures periodically to comply with predefined KPI’s
- Assist with governance support for price management process

**Preferred skills**:

- Tertiary qualified in Business Management or Information Technology (or similar related qualification)
- Qualified and experienced training professional (Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or similar related qualification)
- Advanced project management skills, MS Projects desirable (or similar tool)
- Proven experience with system analysis, process mapping and conceptualising ideas
- An understanding of the retail dealership operations and the Australian transport industry is highly desirable
- Effective communicator with the ability to partner with stakeholders both local and global
- Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving skills
