Our client, Brisbane Isuzu Trucks launched in Australia half a century ago, generations of businesses have relied on their trucks to deliver, day-in and day-out.

**The Person**:

- Sound knowledge of the dealership's operating systems
- Able to work autonomously and with limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, effective listening, good phone manner
- Problem-Solving - able to recognize, analyze and resolve issues
- Quality - accurately performs duties as procedures dictate with attention to detail
- Productive & Efficient - perform duties in an efficient manner,
- Team player - accepts, and interacts with fellow employees
- Responsibility - the ability to perform and take ownership of work duties
- Reliable, punctual
- Initiative - thinks ahead, proactively suggests solutions
- Personal presentation (provided uniforms to be worn)
- Ensure workstations are kept neat and tidy
- $50K-$85K per annum
- 10 Full-time positions

**The Role**:
**Vehicle Repair and Maintenance**
- Perform and accurately record requested repairs to vehicles to the highest possible standard ensuring manufacturers' guidelines are followed
- Always ensure all jobs are clocked on
- Inform and provide your supervisor of any additional repairs and parts required. Parts required should be completed on the “Parts Request Form”
- Maintain familiarity with all technical service bulletins and dealership products and services, requesting assistance when required.
- Report any damages to customer and/or stock vehicles
- Use seat and guard covers to protect vehicles
- Plan each job for maximum efficiency
- Ensure all your available hours (7.6 ordinary hours) are recorded via the time clock (productive and unproductive)
