**Who are we looking for?**

Challenger Security is seeking a qualified and experienced full time Security Officer who is career focused and determined to join a business with excellent opportunities for training and promotion. Immediate start, with training provided.

**What will you be doing?**
- Monitoring and maintaining the security and access control for the site
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for staff and clients
- Monitor operations, deter suspicious activity and respond to incidents accordingly.
- Provide detailed information to senior management on potential and actual threats to the business.

**What will you need to apply?**

For this role, you will need:

- Current NSW Security Licence - 1AC
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Police Check (Less than 60 days old)
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Strong interpersonal communication and report-writing skills
- To be physically fit and able to perform the duties required
- A confident and welcoming attitude with high level of observation skills
- Previous experience in Commercial Security, preferred but not necessary
- To be able to work overnight on a rotating roster - 4 on, 4 off
