**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll operations and support the implementation of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in a fixed-term contract through March 2026, with potential for extension. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes, system configurations, and SAP design support, along with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless operation and integration. **What your days looks like**:
- Work closely with the SAP team to implement and configure SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Provide support for SAP payroll design, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of payroll processes in SAP ECP.
- Identify areas for improvement within payroll systems and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
**The Ingredients for Success**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience providing SAP design support for payroll systems.
- Familiarity with UKG Time & Attendance systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll-related software and technologies.
