**What you'll be doing**:
An exciting permanent full time opportunity for an Industrial/Employee Relations Administration Officer has become available, located at our Station Street Office.

This role will see you provide a high level of organisational and administrative support to the Employee/Industrial Relations Manager.
This imperative role within NBMLHD will see you play a proactive and integral part of ensuring that administration responsibilities are undertaken in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

The Administration Officer will respond to enquiries and routine requests for information, as well as escalating enquiries as necessary to ensure the provision of accurate information.

This role requires a a team player who will share information and work collaboratively with their team and ensure the delivery of consistent and integrated support.

An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.

**Selection criteria to be addressed**:

- Proven communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal, in a variety of forums, with well-developed listening and questioning skills and capacity to develop effective relationships within teams and customers.
- Evidence as a team player with the capacity to be flexible and motivated with the ability to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities and demands.
- Experience in managing several competing priorities, tasks and working to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills especially in relation to obtaining information and resources. Demonstrated capacity to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to use initiative and sound judgement
