Our Stewarding team members maintain the entire Food & Beverage spaces including the many kitchens, bars and restaurants. This position is a physically demanding role with tight time constraints and a high level of attention to detail but very rewarding with a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day

**What are we looking for?**
- Flexible availability across a 7-day roster
- Availability and eagerness to work on a **permanent overnight shift**:

- Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or heavy manual labour (highly desired)
- Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work both solo and as part of large team
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods (desired but not essential)
