They are now seeking an experienced HRIS & Reporting Analyst to join their young and dynamic team.

**About the Role **As the HR Systems & Reporting Analyst, you will report to the HRIS Manager and will work closely with the wider HR team to support and maintain the systems, and testing's across all functional areas with a particular focus on SuccessFactors. Some of the responsibilities of the role include:

- Deliver a routine data analysis of various aspects such as performance, leave, and workforce metrics to senior management for informed-decision making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address data and reporting issues effectively, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Educate and coach others on the value of reporting and interpretation of metrics
- Work on external benchmarking initiatives such as WGEA and Mercer benchmarking.
