This opportunity will therefore allow you to be part of both an impressive and well-resourced global HR function, whilst still being empowered with your own local responsibilities.

**The role**

As HR Advisor you will work closely with the firm's National HR Manager to manage any on-the-ground HR needs for the firm's successful Perth office.

As part of a close-knit national HR team, you'll also take on national projects and responsibilities. This is all with the support of a global HR Admin team, giving you the chance to step away from coordinating and admin work and build your business partnering skills.

Your responsibilities will be generalist and could be as varied as appraisals & remuneration reviews, grad-scheme management, international secondments, HR strategy and L&D.

This position is offered with full-time hours as a maternity leave cover, on a minimum 15-month fixed-term contract.

**About you**

You will be an experienced HR professional with strong generalist experience - able to manage the whole employee life-cycle, whilst juggling a variety of national and regional HR projects.

You will also be an excellent communicator who is happy to work with people at all levels. Your CV will have proven experience of connecting with senior stakeholders to effect change.

Ideally, your experience will have been gained within another professional services partnership environment; experience in a law firm would be highly regarded.
