The Inclusive Learning Team (ILT) is a service area of CSDP Student Services within Learning. Our focus is to provide leadership and support in the Personalised Planning process for Students with Disability across K-12 schools in Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.

**About the opportunity**:
Our Learning team is seeking a passionate Leading Teacher to be accountable for supporting our strategic intent of improving learning outcomes for all students. This role will support a collection of schools across our diocese and work closely with school staff to implement personalised learning plans.

This position is commencing Term 1, 2024. Start date negotiable.

**More specifically you will**:

- Collaborate and consult with teachers and leaders to design and implement Learning, Wellbeing and Inclusion frameworks to improve learning outcomes for students with additional needs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Student Services strategy within schools to develop whole school processes to improve student outcomes
- Mentor and collaborate with teachers to enable professional learning and develop capability to execute effective learning interventions
- Work systematically to conduct risk assessment and management plans
- Collaborate with school teams to promote partnerships with parents, carers and the community.

**About you**:
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of CSPD along with:

- Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study
- Appropriate demonstrated experience
- Previous experience working with students who have high support needs
