Construction Field Supervisor

Our large client has a number of roles in the mobile wireless 5G construction space including an opportunity for an experienced Construction Field Supervisor. The role will be looking after multiple wireless / mobile construction sites.

**Duties**:

- Oversee the delivery 5G sites NSW wide from build start to completion and integration.
- Directly reported to the Construction manager, efficiently overseeing site management, contractor liaison, material ordering & delivery, scheduling of works in hand and completed, site integration management, safety & OHS procedure compliance
- Review design and completion documentation and implemented final design plans and specifications
- Develop and implement standards and procedures resulting in an overall improvement of services provided.

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated major project experience, in a similar role, leading a team, managing budgets, costs, consultants and clients
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word and PowerPoint
- Planning and Field management skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate across a broad spectrum
- High level numerical analysis skills and the ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations on complex deployment, management or contractual issues
- Demonstrated working knowledge of legislative requirements
- Demonstrated working knowledge of industry and competition
- Ideally worked in a similar role for a large delivery partner
