**Our Story**

**Position Summary**
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be trained on various quality assurance and laboratory procedures in the coffee production process with particular attention to Green Coffee Bean quality. You will also be required to undertake other associated duties to positively contribute to the Quality Assurance team at the factory:

- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements
- Prepare and continuously conduct all quality control checks and accurately document results
- Carry out daily physical checks on products and raw materials
- Perform daily sensory analysis of products and raw materials
- Conduct physical testing of coffee liquor.
- Calibration of equipment

- Reasonably fit and able to carry out physical work as required
- Analytical trouble-shooting ability
- Ability to manage priorities to business requirements
- Previous quality assurance experience in food manufacturing is preferred
