**About The Role**
Oversee the facilities of a business that has a greater purpose than just profit. Join a team of 10 in the FM division and be part of an organisation that is making positive changes in its sector. **Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain office assets for the employer, ensuring their condition is kept to a high standard.
- Oversee the upkeep of all real estate assets across multiple sites.
- Monitor and review existing facilities, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to ensure cost-effective maintenance of assets.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure all office requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations across all sites.
**Skills And Experience**
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Real Estate sector.
- Knowledge of building management and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control and reporting procedures.
- A valid driving licence with access to own transport.
