**About the role**:
Youthworks Conference Centres is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator for our team at Shoalhaven, situated on the Shoalhaven River, just outside Nowra. This full time role offers rostered shifts to service seven day a week operations. The role is responsible for the day to day operations of guest relations, including but not limited to staffing, service delivery and inventory.
- No late nights Evening shifts finish at 8pm (with mínimal exceptions)
- No split shifts
- 2 days off a week back to back - 38 hour week

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage high quality guest-centered service
- Oversee the day to day management of guest relations functions, across a 7 day a week operation
- Oversee the hosting of Conference Centre guest groups

**You will need to demonstrate**:

- Experience in the hospitality / guest services field
- Experience with planning and managing small to large scale events
- Experience leading a team
- Proven knowledge of Industry and Safety Standards
- A systematic and focused approach to tasks with a strong attention to detail
- A strong work ethos and the ability to work with a wide range of staff to achieve effective outcomes
- A willingness to work within an overtly Christian environment and with an Anglican organisation

**What we would really like you to have**:

- A personal Christian faith
- Hospitality and or Leadership / Management qualifications
- RSA Certification
- Food Handling Certificate
- Experience managing budgets

**Additional Information**:
A current drivers licence and own transport is essential as there is no public transport anywhere near the Shoalhaven Conference Centres.
