Ayan Infotech has an exciting initial 6-month rolling contract opportunity for a Senior IT Organisation Change Manager (OCM) in Perth. Hybrid work model is provided with this contract, but contractor must be based in Perth.

It is essential that the Change Manager has experience with the following:

- End to end change management in support of an IT system implementation
- Change strategy
- Stakeholder register
- Communication and engagement plan
- Communicate key information to the business in relation to the change at hand and impacts to people. Simple, clear and engaging communications
- Change impact assessments
- Translating CIA insights into the Training needs analysis
- Developing the training management strategy and plan
- Building all training resources and is responsible for training delivery

This contract will provide the opportunity to work in a large-scale enterprise IT environment with a highly experience and competent global IT delivery team. Our client invests millions of dollars in their IT environment, which will allow the contractor to work with the latest releases to what technology offers.

Responsibilities will include:

- You will be required to actively participate in the consulting practise, understand the organisational challenges and propose change plans including technical and other change plans to customers on a regular basis.
- You will be responsible for analyzing the pain areas for customers and enable transformations on all organisational levels with the support of a team of OCM professionals and drive the end to end Change Management initiative on a regular basis.
- Ability to engage Senior (Up to C-Level) Business Stakeholders in dialog and deliver outcomes.
- Ability to build, manage and nurture a team oriented work environment.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment.
- Consulting experience is highly desired, but not mandatory.

Experience and qualifications needed:

- Educational Qualifications/ certifications in Industrial Behavior/ Industrial Relations will be highly regarded.
- Change Management Certification is required.
- Large Scale global transformation experience is good to have.
- Experience in Energy, Utilities, Natural Resources, Chemicals industry is good to have but not mandatory.
- Experience in Agile methodology is required.
- Experience with Digital aspects and incorporating change plans within the Digital aspects will be good to have.
- Ability to contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc will be highly regarded.

A competitive rate is on offer relevant to experience. There is also strong potential for the contract to be extended for a minimum 6 to 12-months.
