Our team is growing, and we are currently recruiting a **Mechanical Graduate Consultant**. An immediate start is available.

**The role**
- Establish the processes and systems necessary to operate a new asset.
- Improve the operational effectiveness and efficiency of existing assets.

**Our New Professionals Program**
- Join a structured graduate program focused on building skills through, on the job training, a rotation program and exposure to industry leaders.
- You will gain project experience ranging from small conceptual studies for new developments through to the construction of large-scale minerals processing facilities.
- Gain experience with commodities ranging from **Copper, Gold, Uranium and battery metals**.
- You will be fully supported along the way by experienced professionals and industry leading practices.
- You will join a thriving graduate community and participate in regular social and networking events.
- Give back, through community engagement/corporate volunteering programs.
- Join graduate specific professional development sessions.

**About you**
- You will have a Bachelor of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- **You will have recently graduated, able to work full-time and start immediately.**:

- Previous exposure to engineering would be advantageous but not essential.
- You must have full Australian working rights to be eligible for this position.
