The Digital Delivery Adviser ensures our customers and stakeholders are kept continuously informed with the most up-to-date information, through effective management and delivery of Solar Victoria's digital and social media channels. Reporting to the Digital Delivery Lead, the role works with the Communications Division and across Solar Victoria to ensure the organisation's digital presence aligns with our customer's needs and key objectives.
The Digital Delivery Adviser will work with Solar Victoria's internal stakeholders on the refinement and publishing of best practice digital communications, as well as research and provide advice to support continual improvement of digital and social media channels. The role also supports the delivery of the Digital and Social Strategy through content creation, managing and responding to customer enquiries and feedback and managing reporting requirements (including the Minister's monthly report).
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of and professional experience in content management systems (specifically, Drupal), contemporary social channels, and a broad range of digital media platforms and software (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Sprout, Trello and Miro, Campaign Monitor (EDMs), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (EDMs), Salesforce CRM, and Litmus).
- Demonstrated knowledge of and professional experience in digital listening tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar) to report on analytic data insights, user behaviour and traffic acquisition, and implement effective delivery decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in proactively monitoring content, engagement, and customers enquiries via social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and reporting activities and trends.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in communications, public relations, an agency environment, or a related field is preferable.

This is a fixed term position available for a period until 29 January 2024. The work location for this position is Morwell with flexibility being negotiated for a base location of Melbourne CBD were requested with hybrid work arrangements available.
