Receptionist (Part-time)

We are seeking a switched on and motivated receptionist to join this global and leading organisation based in North Sydney.
- **North Sydney Location.**:
- **Part-time (Mondays and Fridays only - Office Based).**:
- **Must have 2+ years experience in Reception.**:
- **Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).**:
- **Must be confident with a 'can-do' attitude.**
You will be the first point of contact for the organisation and must present as highly professional, friendly and welcoming to leave a long lasting positive impression on the customer. You will play a pivot role as the receptionist to provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients face-to-face or over the telephone.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:
- working within a fast-paced environment.
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting accordingly/taking messages accurately.
- Providing a professional and friendly welcoming to all clients and visitors.
- Ensure the reception area is visually maintained to reflect a welcoming and professional environment at all times.
- General office admin and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Organising catering for meetings and office events.
- Database and admin management.
- Providing support to the Office Manager with any adhoc administrative assistance and to other departments when required.
- Organising couriers and deliveries on behalf of departments.
- Assisting the Office Manager with organising social events and the annual company conferences.
**Who you are?**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Switched on with great initiative and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Experience with Databases, Systems and MS Office Suite.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and workload in a busy environment.
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration - not precious to the reception duties and will support other departments when required.
