**Your Centre**:
Every day is an opportunity for growth at Bentleigh Our 118 place, multi-level centre has a mix of indoor and outdoor learning environments where the exciting programs and practices comes to life. With easy access to public transport and parking, the resource-rich environments include herb gardens, a water play area, bike paths, natural play structures and a range of age-specific ateliers.

The longstanding team of Educators enjoy taking the children out and about on excursions to maintain their great connections with the surrounding community. The culturally diverse team celebrate a variety of cultures, holidays, and host fundraisers throughout the year.

To be considered, you should have:

- A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it).
- Prior experience in a senior or leadership role within a long day-care centre.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, as well as a valid Working with Children check (for VIC state)
