At RoadTek, we do not just look at your existing qualifications, licenses, or experience - we want to ensure every team member has an opportunity to be upskilled in relevant trade qualifications and training.
- Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills, along with a proactive approach
- Completion of pre-starts, care, and maintenance of vehicles
- Strong focus on safety and initiative with a can-do attitude
- Practical verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to mentor and guide apprentices through hands-on practical learning
- A background and interest in all mechanical trades
As well as those who have the following additional highly desirable requirements: - Additional trades training or experience with hydraulics and pneumatics or welding
- Previous experience performing component change out and repairs
- Current High-Risk LF Forklift, HR, and EWP tickets
- Refrigerant handling licence or equivalent
- Any other heavy vehicle or plant-associated licence or certificate
