Service Desk Analyst

- Demonstrated commitment to deliver outstanding customer service outcomes and continuous service improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships within a service delivery environment.
- Problem solving & analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Preferably with an I.T. related qualification.
- Excellent Windows based computer skills and experience using a modern Service Management tool such as ServiceNow.

You will be customer-centric, strive for service excellence and love to implement process efficiencies. You will have the ability to effectively translate technical information and procedures to end users and assume responsibilities and remain productive within a time-sensitive and fast paced environment.
