**About the role**

In this fantastic role, as a field support officer, you will provide administration support to the retail sales team and the winder management team. You will support various stakeholders and customers across Dulux retail business and devise solutions to bring in process efficiencies.

In this role, you will be involved in providing reporting to support to the sales team. You will also engage with the customers and will implement processes to identify, resolve and follow up customer issues. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in store activities, together with our retail sales team,

The role is based out of Maddington and is a brilliant platform that will nurture your career.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Retail Sales Team and coordinate promotional events, meetings, conferences and all travel arrangements. Actively participate in these events.
- Undertake sales reporting and insight analysis
- Actively support the WA Retail Team in stores and participate in the store events
- Monitor the states monthly expenditure and report variances, whilst taking full accountability for expenditure within the general expenses

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent orgnaisation skills and interpersonal skills
