Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (including but not limited to)
Responsible for submission of Minesite tenders and proposals including:
Laboratory layout and conceptual design Equipment selection Analytical method selection Staffing Implementation Plan Operational costs Capital expenditure investment Preparation of financial costing spreadsheets and supporting justification and approval papers Manage and facilitate tender submission requirements from support functions (HSE, HR, QAQC, Legal Review, Corporate)For successful bids:
Liaising with clients to refine proposals Liaise with Intertek technical experts for customised methodology where required Analytical testwork if required Following approvals in line with Intertek’s Core Mandatory Controls proceed with procurement of capital investment items and equipment Supporting and handing over to the Mine Site Projects operations Team for installation and commissioning. Assisting with site installation and commissioning if required Collaborate and co-ordinate with the Geochemistry business where the client requires both onsite and offsite servicesStakeholder engagement & liaison.
