**What Will You Get Up To?**

As the new Store Manager, you naturally enjoy juggling a few things at once. Whether its training and developing your stellar team, leading from the front in peak trading hours or working with senior management on stock movements and allocations - you have your pulse on each element of the business.

There will never be an 'average day' but some things that you may get up to will be:

- Reviewing and managing inventory levels (current and incoming).
- oversee visual merchandising and work with your senior management team to give feedback to help plan promotions.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, in line with the peak trading hours and review sales budget reports to find opportunities and focus areas for yourself and the team.
- Lead from the front when it comes to all things customer service.

**The Experience Checklist**:

- Previous exposure to training and leading a team, where you have supported the development of employees regardless of whether they are casual or full time.
- Enjoy working in fast paced, high stock turnover location (you don't sweat the small stuff) - and love ensuring the internal operations of your store run smoothly.
- Ability to build positive team culture aligned with the business great core values and take pride in this.
