**Qualifications registrations and other requirement's**:

- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
- Previous experience with Microsoft CRM and Genesys software suite would be highly regarded but not essential.
- Ability to work shift work is a requirement due to the extended hours of operation of the services. Rostering is based on an individual's negotiated availability to work and shift coverage is required 0730 - 2100 Monday-Friday business days. Essential shifts include 0730 - 1600, and 1230 - 2100. All Preventive Health Operations Coordinators must be available to complete their contracted hours during Monday to Friday and must provide availability for a minimum of two evenings per week. Evening shifts attract penalty rates.
- Successful applicants will be required to work a minimum of 48 hours per fortnight.
- The HCC supports staff in the Preventive Health team to work from home up to 50% of their allocated shifts.
- There may be a requirement to work across more than one site to ensure Business Continuity in response to technical system issues, and planned and unplanned building works. The HCC's current Business Continuity premises is at Zillmere
