**We’re seeking **an experienced Communication Analyst to work in a program change and work across several projects over 9+ months. The role will deliver against the Cyber Security Program of work for FY22-24 to ensure change is embedded and communications are succinct and effective.

**Contract till Jan 2024 with highly possible extension**
- Support the Program or Project Manager with developing content for key project forums (i.e. Steering Committee, Showcases, etc.)
- Develop generic and customised content needed for stakeholder engagement, partnering with relevant project team members to get the required intel and input
- Draft program-level and tactical-level communications ready for distribution, partnering with relevant project team members to get the required content
- Identify and manage change-related risks and issues, escalating where required
- Identify Organisation Change as a result of proposed changes, identifying impact, resource requirements or new training requirements.

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Minimum 5 years of proven change and communication analysts experience
- Extensive experience with organisational change and impact planning
- Extensive experience in analysing key stakeholders and developing effect communications plan
- Extensive experience with executive and program steering committees including facilitation, minutes and actions
- Experience negotiating with users, technical staff, and product owners to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent presentation (verbal and written) communication skills across program, committees and business executives.
- formal qualifications preferred with focus in Business or Communications
- Demonstrate experience in developing business presentations and roadshows
- Draft program-level and tactical-level communications ready for distribution, partnering with relevant project team members to get the required content

**Mandatory requirement**:
You must be based in Melbourne. Hybrid work arrangement.
