Job Description Summary

We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced change and communications analyst to assist in driving the finance systems (ERP) change program at Service Stream.
About the Role

Key responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and updating training materials, process flow diagrams, business instruction guides well as coordinating financial system training sessions for division & group SME’s.
- Provide communications on a regular basis on changes to business processes, system changes, contract transitions updates, and continuous improvement projects.
- Manage division web portal to ensure documentation, updates, change requests and other items are always up to date, functioning correctly and all feedback is addressed.
- Understand the operational impact of any new policy/process uplift/adjustment and organise the necessary support for those businesses impacted to improve adoption.
- Champion best practices and consistent processes across the IFS ERP platform, with a focus on core finance and project financial and controlling processes and ensuring any changes are communicated to the wider business groups
- Actively participate inand documentuser group forums to ensure best practice and new initiativesare shared across the enterprise.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to new processes or systems.

Identify and address resistance to change among employees or stakeholders and implement strategies to overcome resistance and encourage buy-in. Evaluate the success of changes post-implementation to ensure that objectives are met and make recommendations for further improvements.
- Assist with moving manual forms and requests to online work-flowed processes.
- Stay current with IFS system updates, enhancements, and industry trends to ensure the organization is maximizing the value of the ERP system.

Experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis and change role with a focus on core finance and project financial and controlling processes

A demonstrated ability to deliver effective training, change and learning activities for large-scale transformation or technology projects is highly desirable. Experience in understanding how changes impact an end to end system of work or value chain is also highly desirable

. Demonstrated track record of successful continuous improvement implementations
- Strong understanding of ERP systems best practices, with the ability to translate this knowledge into effective training materials and strategies. IFS knowledge preferred.
- Ability to produce and maintain quality end user process documentation, quick guides, business instructions and circulars as well as general notifications efficiently and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working on projects to implement system improvements and enhancements on large scale ERP projects.
- IFS certifications or other relevant professional certifications are a plus
