**Your Function**
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, ANZ and APAC Region, your role is essential to ensure successful strategic workforce planning and recruitment delivery for all business units within your regional portfolio. You will provide proactive support to future hiring initiatives as well as the full life cycle international recruitment of professional staff. Working in close collaboration with a senior internal client group across the region and globe, you will have a significant degree of visibility and input into the achievement of strategic business goals. This prominent position will operate as part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team and will be an integral member of the ANZ/APAC HR team, ensuring that a superior recruitment and on-boarding experience is enjoyed by the DLL hiring community and the talent with whom we engage.

This is a standalone Talent Acquisition role with responsibility for full lifecycle requisition management across Australia (most vacancies are here), New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore and India. This position will report into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, with a dotted line relationship maintained with the Regional Head of HR for ANZ and APAC.

**Day to day**:

- Responsible for full life cycle recruitment strategy and support for critical business units across the region for DLL.
- Manage each recruitment process from new vacancy request to successful new member on-boarding.
- Identify as the talent acquisition and workforce planning expert within your region.
- Proactively drive engagement across a variety of sourcing channels to attract senior and specialist professionals to DLL.
- Build, maintain, and evolve talent pipelines and talent communities for a range of disciplines and skillsets.
- Responsible for local, national, and international based recruitment efforts that span the entire DLL footprint across many different skillsets.
- Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with leaders, HR team members, vendors, community organisations, and educational institutions.
- Balance short and long-term strategic goals, including campus recruiting / internship program management, HR/TA related projects, and business expansion support through recruitment.
- Maintain a continuous process improvement (CPI) mind set to improve upon current policies, procedures, and metrics.
- Facilitate learning workshops for DLL hiring managers to equip each manager with interviewing techniques to ensure the best hiring decisions are made.
- Collaborate across the Global Talent Acquisition Team to focus and influence company wide diversity recruitment initiatives.

**Essentials**:

- At least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition, supporting leaders with a proactive consulting/partnership approach.
- Prior experience in recruiting for professional and senior level positions.
- Experience gained within Financial Services would be viewed positively.
- Regional recruitment responsibility, as part of a global team, is a desirable element of your profile.
- Deep experience in partnering with, and influencing, differing management and personality types.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build a compelling vision and story.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Proven record of empowering members and comfortable working in a self-directed workplace.
- Experience driving diversity and inclusive recruitment initiatives.
