**Executive Manager HB E2E Transformation**

The Home Buying Operations & Transformation team is responsible for the home loan operational transformation strategy, E2E product performance of our white label products, product operation teams and specialised contact centres. Our team purpose is to make things simpler and easier for every customer and our people for the moments that matter.

**Do work that matters**

As EM HB E2E Transformation, your role will be to manage and oversee the design and execution of the Home Buying End to End transformation roadmap.

You will be responsible for defining the end to end process transformation strategy, driving strategic operational and technology initiatives and developing business architecture capabilities to ensure CBA maintains and grows our market share in this very competitive environment.

**Your key responsibilities / focus areas will include**:
You will lead a team of around 12 individuals with 3 direct reports and will have accountability for:

- Shaping, driving and governing the Home Buying Transformation agenda and roadmap from idea, business case to implementation
- Building business and process architecture capabilities to help us continuously improve and transform faster
- Leading end to end capability development across the home buying ecosystem to ensure alignment and support across the Retail Bank and other Group partners to drive our target customer experience
- Providing thought leadership to the Home Buying LT and broader business around customer needs, best practise, design thinking and emerging technologies
- Engaging and partnering with key stakeholders across the Group such as Channel partners, Group Operations, DOT, Risk and Legal to deliver of our transformation agenda safely
- Working with external vendors and government bodies to enable a step change in home buying experience
- Driving Culture initiatives and development across the broader Operations and Transformation team;

- Experience in retail banking, product management, specifically home loans
- Tertiary qualifications in Business / Finance / Statistics / Economics or other related area.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial management and partnership management.
- Broad experience in Home Buying roles.
- Track record of contributing to the development of engaged and high performing teams at multiple levels
