Claims Officer

In this Claims Officer role, you will focus on using your proven customer service experience to ‘be a small part of customer’s great day, not a big part of their bad day.’ The role is focussed on customer service, customer care and ensuring a stress-free post-rental experience. **We’re looking for someone who would be described as**:

- Goal-oriented, with a real desire to achieve results
- Be the first point of contact for all customer claims and accident enquiries
- Record, create, enter, and process claims
- Provide information and guidance to customers on matters relating to claims and accidents
- Maintain and update file notes, ensuring completeness, accuracy of records in accordance with operating procedures.
- Make effective use of CRM and claims systems for the purposes of claims processing and reporting.

You would need to be able and willing to work a flexible full time roster.
