The Role

In these casual roles, located in Box Hill, you will be part of the Hospitality Services Team working in a busy and varied customer service environment. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of Epworth Eastern. Responsibilities will include the provision of patient transport, environmental services and food services in a healthcare environment.

To be successful in this role

You have strong customer service experience and technical skills gained from working in retail, hospitality or a commercial cleaning company. You are a motivated ‘can do’ team player who communicates clearly, confidently and courteously.

**You will have**:
The ability to travel and work any shift, either AM or PM, as required, on weekdays, weekends and public holidays

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills

Demonstrate Epworth Values in your everyday day to day tasks.

Demonstrated well developed customer service skills that will enhance the patient experience at Epworth.

Ability to work in a team environment and or autonomously as required

Ability to work unsupervised.

A diploma or certificate in hospitality or a related discipline (desirable)

An organised approach to work, able to work consistently and effectively in a busy environment

The ability to deliver on and respond compassionately to patient’s needs.

You have the relevant work experience.
