**About the company**
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a **State Government Agency** to engage an **Enterprise Risk Lead**.** **This position is located in their busy **Parramatta/WFH flexibility** office for an initial **3 month contract.**

**About the Position**
We require an experienced risk management professional to complete activities and tasks in relation to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Examples of activities include, updating of policies and procedures and risk management toolkit, risk workshops and participation in risk projects within the organisation.

**Duties**
- Complete activities required in the implementation of strategies, plans and priorities to embed the Risk Management Framework
- Identify and implement improvements to the Risk Management
- Framework and Corporate Risk Management Plan
- Partner with senior management regarding emerging risks
- Prepare reports on risk management performance
- Lead the education of the business by designing and facilitating awareness sessions
- Develop and implement business wide communications strategy for positive risk culture
- Monitor and modify existing risk management policy, procedure and supporting tools
- Monitor and analyse emerging issues
- Develop the risk management intranet page

**Requirements/Skills**
- Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline
- Working knowledge of ISO31000- Risk Management System - Guidelines, ISO 22301: Security and resilience - Business continuity management systems - Requirements ISO 22313: Societal security - Business continuity management systems - Guidance; ISO 196000: Compliance management systems - Guidelines
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
- Experience managing projects end to end
- Proven experience in developing, implementing and maintaining organisational-wide risk management framework and programs
- Experience in implementing significant change initiatives
- Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary, change based teams
- Leadership ability
