**What you'll be doing**

You will complete a Certificate III in Business qualification over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and Host employer, Goulburn Medical Clinic.

Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:

- Assist in booking upcoming patient appointments
- Undertake general administrative duties inclusive of mail, filing, banking and data entry
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the unit
- Work on computers to use various software tools to assist with the business operations
- Carry out other duties that are within the limits of trainee skills, competence and ability as required

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:

- Commitment to both on and off the job training
- Demonstrated interest and passion for the Medical Administration industry
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and positively contribute to team goals
