**The Company**:
Our client, a global manufacturer of municipal vehicles based in Scoresby, is seeking a robotic weld operator to join their team. As pioneers in this space, they have over 80 years' experience manufacturing cleaning vehicles along with a great company culture. You will have the skills & ability to complete the full process of robotic welding. OH&S knowledge is a must as well as strong computer skills. The Company prides themselves on looking after their workers & creating a quality work environment.

**The position requirements include but are not limited to**:

- Robotic welding operator experience
- Familiar with programming highly advantageous
- Assist in factory supervision and other projects as required.
- Investigating issues and suggesting improvement ideas.
- Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.
- Staying up to date with developments in management and process optimisation.
- Ensure the accuracy of welded components.

**Hours**
Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.45pm

Working times are flexible to some extent

This is a genuine opportunity for a career development with the company investing up to $10,000 in training for the right person.

**On Offer**
Up to $53 per hour + super.
