Lotus Dining is Sydney’s premium restaurant group, celebrating modern Chinese cuisine, world class dumplings and award-winning wine lists.

We have an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a flair for the art of hospitality. We are actively seeking passionate hospitality professionals to lead the opening of our new high-end venue located inside the AMP building at Circular Quay.

Successful applicants will be part of building a culture full of passion and dedication to all things service focused. You have a love for taking guests on a journey through food and beverage, helping to guide them in every step.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and personalized service to our valued guests, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of our menu offerings and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure the proper setup of tables and maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hospitality establishment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverages, including wine and cocktail service.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Available Tuesday - Saturday, as required by the restaurant's operating hours.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
