**About the opportunity**

NSW Ambulance is co-locating operational and support services in a modern and fit-for-purpose headquarters at the geographic heart of Sydney. The State Operations Centre (SOC) at 10 Dawn Fraser Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park will be NSW Ambulance’s new headquarters. The role of the Centralised Services team is to operate and maintain all facilities within the SOC, with a key focus on providing a positive experience for both staff and visitors. The Central Services Lead is the functional leader responsible for the end-to-end management of the Centralised Facilities team at the SOC, spanning from strategy through to operational service delivery including contractor, budget, people, reporting, safety, policy, lease, maintenance, and relationship management.

This is a new role in a one-of-a-kind building that will serve as a training facility for paramedics, corporate space for support functions and the home to 24/7 Triple Zero (000) operations
