genU is looking for a **Salesforce Administrator/Sales Analyst** to join the genU Training Team

genU Training is a Registered Training Organisation delivering valuable, job-ready and nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses that produce genuine results for students.

As the **Salesforce Administrator/Sales Analyst,** **you will bring a continual improvement mindset and you will champion the adoption and effective use of the CRM.

**This is a full-time, ongoing role based in Metro Melbourne.**

**About You**:

- Essential Requirements:_
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- 3+ years Salesforce experience within a fast-paced, growth focused business
- Strong technical skills and extensive experience with Salesforce platform configuration and customization including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Automation and CPQ
- Experience with data management and data quality best practices
- Sales analysis and reporting experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience in building strong external and internal relationships
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Curiosity and ability to ask meaningful questions and communicate with purpose
- NDIS Screening Workers Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion
