Our client, a very well regarded, fast growing multinational company is seeking a new member to join their Finance and Administration team based in their Brisbane CBD office on a full time, permanent basis.
If successful, your duties will include Finance Administration along with general administrative support tasks.
The role:
- Job Number Creation across multiple contracts and software packages
- Purchase Order Creation across multiple contracts and software packages
- Accounts Payable processing
- Accounts receivable (monthly invoice processing)
We are ideally looking to secure a customer service focused applicant who has a high level of attention to detail and an approachable, friendly “can-do” attitude.
Being part of a small team, you will ideally be a highly motivated person who is willing to learn and develop into this fast paced role offering exciting long term career opportunities.
Being such a varied role, if you are a quick-thinking individual with strong attention to detail, an interest in finance and administration, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time - you are exactly what we are looking for
