A rare opportunity exists within our Sales & Marketing Team to support our company goals in an exciting time of growth.

Taipan is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join our growing team. If you enjoy supporting a busy company and want to learn about a new industry, then this is the position for you

**This role involves**:

- Calendar and appointment management, including reminders
- Making travel and accommodation bookings for Sales and Marketing Director and other staff as required
- The set up of meetings both in person and virtually
- Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events
- Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing them toall participants
- Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as customers
- Prepare monthly sales reports
- Prepare other ad-hoc reports and summaries as required
- Organise signage with current providers
- Order flowers & gifts for internal and external stakeholders as required
- Engage closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- Other general EA duties as needed as requested by Sales and Marketing Director

- Posses excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Have a confident, friendly and professional personality and telephone manner
- Understand and appreciate internal and customer confidentiality

- Proficient with MS Office
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
