- Are you a recent Property Graduate looking to take that first step in your Commercial Property career, or have previous administration experience in the industry and now looking to work for a market leader?- You’ll work collaboratively with our Commercial Property Management team, supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties.**Here's what you will focus on;
- Support the day to day management of a commercial portfolio including tenant liaison, lease administration, occupancy issues as well as general office administration duties.
- Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenants requests
- Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants;
- Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations
- Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required
- General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.

- Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment
- Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
- A positive attitude and flexible approach to work
- Property Management Registration course or working towards it
