Digital Engineering Information Systems Manager

WSP is looking for **Digital Engineering Information Systems Manager** to join our Enterprise Digital Engineering (DE) Services Team.

**The Opportunity**:
The successful applicant will lead our Enterprise Level Common Data Environments (CDE) services specifically Bentley Projectwise though other IMS with also be in your work portfolio, assist project teams and drive the ongoing implementation of ISO19650 and ISO27001 compliant environments. In this role you will be involved in daily collaboration with our internal business stakeholders such as Digital Engineering Leads, Capability Leads, Software Leads, Enterprise IT and project teams across ANZ.

You will also work with peers from other companies and our WSP Global network to help drive the continuous improvement and innovation in our CDE systems and Digital Engineering Information Management processes.
- Lead, support, develop and maintain the ANZ Region Projectwise Enterprise services
- Support, develop and maintain other Enterprise CDE platforms such as BIM360, Synergy & similar systems
- Ensure the efficient and reliable Electronic Information exchange within these CDE systems
- Communicate best practice working with global teams to continuously improve the CDE information systems
- Work with internal digital, quality management an information management stakeholders
- Communicate with and support end users
- Maintain CDE user accounts and information security
- Assist project teams in the direction / use of cloud-based workflows
- Provide training and support for new and existing users
- Assist in the update of knowledge records
- Comply with all role-specific SHEQ obligations

**What we will like about you**:

- Preferably a Bachelor or associate degree in an engineering discipline
- A minimum of 10 years’ (production) experience in design, drafting or engineering
- A working knowledge of SQL Server, Windows PowerShell and/or similar coding languages.
- Advanced experience with ProjectWise and its services (preferred with Bentley Accreditations)
- Ideally held similar a role in another organization
- Solid knowledge of BIM360, SharePoint
- Preferable experience with Geospatial Information Systems
- Preferable experience with major infrastructure projects
- Essential ISO19650 workflows and data management experience
- High-level ISO27001 awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
