Sales Admin/data Entry

**Responsibilities would include**:
- Customer service and invoicing.
- General Administration task.
- Liaise with customers/ sales team regarding orders.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Good communication, time management and multi-task skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in Excel & MS Office.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a MUST due to our customer base.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience within sales data entry is beneficial but not essential.
