**Part-time Housekeeper/Mother’s Assistant for family in Prahran, Melbourne - PRAM**

Are you looking for a permanent part-time position?

Are you available minimum 3 x days per week?

Flexible hours from 9am - 1pm

A busy mother with a family of five located in the lovely suburb of Prahran is seeking a motivated and experienced housekeeper to help three mornings per week with general assistance such as tidying, light cleaning (they have a weekly cleaner) laundry, beds, light errands such as picking up groceries and/or dry cleaning, etc.

General duties will include:
Ensuring the home is kept neat and tidy

A thorough knowledge of all laundry duties including delicates (washing, ironing, folding)

Managing wardrobes, tidying drawers, colour co-ordinated

Changing bed linen and towels

Keeping kitchen clean and tidy/emptying dishwasher

Local food shopping and other light errands

Ensuring fridge is stocked

Be available minimum 3 mornings per week (Prefer Mon/Wed/Fri)

Have good communication skills

Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude

Have good organisational skills

Be familiar with correct cleaning techniques and laundry care

COVID Vaccinated

Hold a Current Police Check and WWCC (or be prepared to complete both)

Have good references from past employers

Days Preferred Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9am - 1pm (but flexible)

Hourly Rate: $40 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

This is a long term, permanent position.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: One location
