SC2: Demonstrated high level skills, knowledge and experience managing complex network environments in a school setting, including experience with Microsoft 365, Compass Learning Management System, Adobe products, Cloud-based Web Services and a range of peripheral software.

SC3: Demonstrated high level skills and experience in technical problem solving relevant to the role, including the delivery of a school BYOD laptop program

SC4: Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with a range of personnel including the ability to work effectively in a team, in the organising and prioritising of work, together with communication and interpersonal skills when relating to students, parents, colleagues, leadership and members of the broader community.

SC5: Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of self, systems and processes in the school, and ability to create or refine such processes and systems which lead to greater efficiency and capacity to meet the school’s aims and needs.

**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Management and Policy**:

- Provide advice for a variety of ICT issues and projects within the College including obtaining quotes from appropriate vendors and assisting in the purchasing process, within the brief of the role.
- Provide leadership, strategic and tactical direction to members of the ICT Team.
- Liaise closely with the Principal and Principal Class Team and the Business Manager, in relation to aspects of ICT and its interrelationship with the school’s teaching and learning needs
- Lead efficient and reliable change processes across the college for the implementation of and transition to new software, hardware, device management and service solutions

**Applications**:

- Work with vendors to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Assist with any data entry requirements that may come up
- Assist in the decision-making process for ICT Applications

**COMPASS**:

- Provide user-based support for CLTC Applications including: Compass - Reports, Wellbeing/Student Management, Attendance, maintenance of Compass Kiosks
- Assist the leadership team to maximise use of Compass functionality for administration and communication with parents (permission and payment online)
- Support the Student Attendance Officer to ensure streamlined processes within Compass regarding managing attendance data in Compass (maximising accuracy). Update the process information guide for managing student attendance

**EDVAL - Timetabling and Daily Organisation.**
- Test run timetables and rolls in the week of holidays before school resumes to ensure systems are operational and data is accurate for the first day of each term.
- Develop understanding of parameters of Timetable development to provide backup support for Timetable

**SHAREPOINT**:

- Manage the College’s SharePoint systems

**EDROLO**:

- Support the VCE Leader in the set up and access to Edrolo for students and staff
- Provide support to staff and students with access to Edrolo
- Data Management:

- Manage and Assist Leading Teacher with SPA Application

**SPA**:

- At the start of each year, generate the student import file
- Check enrolments with Year Level Leaders/AP/Principals (Update any errors as reported by teachers)
- Vic Curriculum Teacher Judgements (End of each report cycle) - Download csv file and upload onto SPA platform

**Reporting**:

- Management of the reporting package of Compass
- Generate report cycle
- Check that all courses are correct and teachers are aligned with the correct reports
- Activate ILP & Facility reports cycle
- Open reports for parents
- Ensure Reports Coordinators and Campus Principals are kept informed of the progress of the reports and if there are any errors in a timely manner
- Support teachers to meet published reporting timelines through timely responses to reporting issues
- Vic Curriculum Teacher Judgements (End of each report cycle) - Download csv file and upload onto CASES21

**Other**:

- Provide ICT Admin Support and assistance to the Teaching & Learning Program
- Assist with keeping up with ICT trends and provide helpful advice towards ICT Projects and solutions
- Assist in the decision-making process for ICT Applications
- Provide support to the administrator of the College’s Facebook page
- Administrator of Help Desk
- Administrator of College Website and liaison with MAPs Marketing
- Work cooperatively with all ICT Staff
- Be flexible in responding to ICT team needs
