**Hey You**:
Are you passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the well-being of employees? genU are seeking a dedicated **People & Culture Advisor** to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our People & Culture division, you'll collaborate closely with business partners, managers, and employees to provide expert guidance on a range of HR matters. From interpreting employment agreements to ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our internal clients throughout the entire employment lifecycle.

Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide specialist advice to internal clients in support of HR objectives;
- Coordinate and conduct investigations into employee concerns or complaints;
- Track and analyse performance data and trends;
- Provide operational support to various HR projects, committees and initiatives;
- Prepare position papers, specialised briefs and other written correspondence on a range of HR/integrity matters;
- Build and sustain effective working relationships with a network of internal stakeholders.

This is a full-time, ongoing role based at genU’s Support Hub in Geelong. Flexible and hybrid work arrangements are available.
- Remuneration package from $81,500 - 83,500 p.a. (inclusive of 11% superannuation) + salary packaging benefits - commensurate with experience._

**About You?**:
Our ideal **People & Culture Advisor **will be able to demonstrate the following:

- 3 + years experience in either HR, IR or ER roles;
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with appropriate discretion and confidentiality;
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise, multi task and make timely decisions to meet deadlines;
- Proficient user of technology;
- Experience in IR / ER investigations;
- Sound knowledge of HR policies and enterprise agreements (or willingness to learn);
- Strong attention to detail skills.

You will also need the following:

- Qualifications in Human Resource Management or related degree at Diploma/Bachelor level;
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain.
