About the role
About The Role
The P&C Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to deliver quality HR services to staff and in all facets of the HR lifecycle. This role will be the primary support for day to day HR Administration and is responsible for administering and maintaining accurate and up to date HR records and database in the HRIS system. This role reports to the P&C Manager, is part of the People and Culture team and broader Corporate Services team.
About You
You will have experience in human resources administration and extensive experience in drafting contracts and letters. You have excellent collaboration, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills. You will have a passion for attention to detail and great communication skills to support staff with payroll queries. You thrive working autonomously and also collaboratively within a dynamic, team environment.
You will be a values driven person, motivated to make a difference and hold the client at the centre of everything you do.
