Your primary responsibilities will encompass, but extend beyond:
- Claims Processing: Assist in the efficient and accurate processing of insurance claims, which includes reviewing claim documents, verifying policy information, and entering data into the claims system.
- Documentation Management: Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all claim-related documents, correspondence, and communications. Ensure that files are complete and easily accessible for reference
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to claims adjusters and examiners, which may involve scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and assisting with other tasks as required to facilitate the claims process.

**About you**
- Previous experience in broking, claims or insurance administration support will be considered - this role offers high level support to established teams to grow your skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise to reach outcomes
- Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal
