As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our diverse inclusive, accessible sports programs, empowering children with disabilities to unlock their full potential. **Your Mission**

As the Program Manager, you will embark on an exhilarating journey where you will:
**Shape Inclusive Sports Programs**: Take the lead in developing and expanding our diverse range of accessible, inclusive sports programs, including cycling, self-defence, skateboarding, team sport skill development, and dance and movement. Through your visionary approach, you will ensure these programs provide opportunities for children of all abilities to participate, learn, connect and excel.

**1. Empower Families**:Recognise the significance of family support in a childs development and well-being. Collaborate closely with families, building connections, and providing resources and guidance to foster a supportive environment that extends beyond the sports programs. Your whole-family approach will be instrumental in creating a strong and inclusive community.

**2. Program Excellence**: Oversee the operational delivery of our sports programs, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards are met. You will manage a team of dedicated instructors and staff, empowering them to deliver exceptional experiences that promote physical literacy, skill development, and social inclusion.

**3. Collaborate and Build Partnerships**: Forge strong partnerships with community organisations, schools, and other stakeholders to secure resources, sponsorships, and collaborations that support the growth and sustainability of our programs. Together, we will create a network of support and opportunities for children with diverse abilities.

**4. Impact Evaluation**: Continually assess the impact of our programs through data collection and evaluation. Use these insights to drive improvements, tailor experiences, and ensure that every child and families journey with AUA is filled with growth, achievement, and joy.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A passion for sports and a deep understanding of their transformative power in the lives of children with disabilities.
- Proven experience in program management, preferably within the sports or disability sector, with a focus on inclusive practices, community building, and family engagement.
- Exceptional leadership skills, empowering and motivating teams to deliver outstanding program experiences.
- Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with families, instructors, stakeholders, and the wider community.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
