**_The role: _**

We are seeking a Strategic consultant to support IAG’s Strategic Planning process and development of the organisation’s 3-year Strategic Roadmap to achieve its Strategic Targets. In this role you will play a critical part to ensure alignment of the Divisions’ 3-year business plans to strategic targets, leveraging effective stakeholder engagement. You will also contribute to performance monitoring of strategic execution and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) performance reporting.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Support the established strategic planning process whilst lifting and maturing elements within the overall Strategic Planning cycle for IAG
- Critically evaluate business data used for strategic planning processes to assist both Operating & Supporting Divisions to develop their 3-year business plans in alignment to IAG’s strategic targets.
- Monitor business performance outcomes against business plan objectives, to monitor strategic execution against IAG’s strategic targets.
- Develop and deliver further streamlined planning stakeholder engagement, and a more effective cross Divisional and Divisional to Corporate planning alignment
