Creative, fairly funny and able to turn your hand to Photoshop, graphics and audio-visual?
A bit of an all-rounder you might say. We might have the role for you.

It’s a high tempo role taking care of our social media execution alongside a small national team so you’ll need to know your AFL from your NRL, your Netball from basketball and everything in between. We will need you for weekend and night shifts across a rotational roster.

Your main KPI is to attract, engage, and retain customers, and ensure content is providing a great customer experience, delivering in line with business objectives and is compliant with the regulatory environment we operate in.

**What’s the role?**
- Working alongside the social lead to deliver both paid and non-paid social activity
- Meeting KPI’s and acquisition targets
- Increasing audience size and improving engagement
- Protecting and enhancing our brand reputation through Social Media
- Proposing, delivering and analysing Social Media campaigns, initiatives, advertising and promotions.
- Analysing the impact of change and implementing clear change processes.
- Ensuring high standards of Customer Service are maintained by the team during customer contact via Social Media channels.
- Providing support, guidance, and direction as required to enable team members to achieve personal work objectives.
- Reporting to the Social Media Manager on the progress of all projects.

**Who you are**
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the main Social Media platforms and a passion for sport
- Understanding of emerging platforms and how they can bring in new audience and commercial opportunity
- Creative thinking and the ability to produce engaging content
- Effective communication and motivation skills
- Informed decision-making with ability to set and work with short-term, medium-term and long-term targets
- Excellent attention to detail and standard of both written and verbal English
- Graphic design and Photoshop highly desirable
- Audio and video editing an advantage
