**About us**:
JFT Japan Foods Trading Pty. Ltd. is one of the oldest and largest Japanese food importers and distributors in Victoria, currently located in Scoresby. (Please note that our warehouse will be relocated to Rowville in 2023).

**About the role - Sales Representative**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Japanese Food Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business in Victoria. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new sales opportunities.

**Benefits**:

**Your role**:

- High energy, passionate about collaboration with a professional outlook
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Asian market
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market share
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
- Prospect new business and build a strong pipeline
- Prepare of precise and completed quotation to the customer
- Ensures customers' satisfaction and on quality of service
- Attend to sales enquiries and customers' complaints

**Selection Criteria**:

- Multilingual applicants welcome - Fluency in English / Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) /Japanese
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the market
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to travel as needed
- Able to understand business, customer needs and recommend suitable service
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Proactive approach to resolving queries and problems

**Salary**: $53,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
